Dr. Charette is the greatest Pediatrician ever. She is kind, caring, thoughtful, and she beside manner is awesome. She ensures that her patients receive the treatment they need and deserve. My son had an ear infection that lasted for almost 6 months while under the care of another doctor. Dr. Charette was the only one who caught it. OverALL she's my only pick hands down.

Dr. Charette has taken care of my twin daughters since they were born. Words cannot say enough about what a wonderful pediatrician she is.

Wonderful patient Dr. She has always been calming and understanding. Great with the kids.

I'm 38 Dr.Amin was my pediatrician my kids pediatrician and now there kids my grandbabies pediatrician I have seen staff come and go but it's always been the same ole Dr.Amin love him he's the best and he will continue to be in my family's life.

Dr. Amin was my mother doctor, my siblings and I doctor and now our children doctor. We love him and his staff.

Dr. Amin was my doctor from a new born until 19 years old, I loved him and his staff over the years.

I would like to add that the previous reviews are not a direct reflection of Dr.Joyce and/or his practice. These reviews were written when Dr.Joyce was with another practice at which time there were issues with other providers and scheduling. Dr.Joyce has always been commended by his patients for his time management, knowledge, and level of care provided to his patients. He opened his own practice with former colleagues in 2012 and we have received the best of the best in reviews and have won Gold in Best of Norfolk 5 years in a row. We hope that these old reviews will not lead potential new patients to steer clear of our offices and will give us a chance. We know that you will be pleased with the level of care and expertise that our office staff and providers have to offer!! I have personally worked for Dr.Joyce for the past 9 years and all 3 of my children are seen by him as well as the other providers. The trust I have in this practice is unwaivering and even if I left this job my children would not be seen elsewhere.

I have 3 young kids. They are 4.5, 2.5 and 7 months old. My 4.5 yr old has been here since age 2 when we have moved here from California. We previously had several other peds there, some bad some good. Dr. Joyce surpasses them all. He is just amazing in how he gets his exams done while also letting her chat and have a good time. He spends ample time answering concerns etc...and my daughter LOVES going to the doctor now all because of him and Miss Amy. We love these two and exclusively book our appointments with them. Also, my timid 2.5 yr old does really well here and it is because of them! They give excellent care. Clean office. Always parking available. Never a wait, i mean maybe I have waited 5 min before. Waiting room is alwYs empty which is nice becUse who wants to be around sick kids. Also, We love Nurse Bridget she is so friendly and helpful. I have nothing bad to say. With three young kids I feel like I am always there or calling the nurses and everyone has always been so caring helpful and responsive. They really do love our kids. Thank you for being the doctors we need you to be.

He is amazing. He was my doctor when i was little. Now he takes care of my son and nephews.
