Absolutely love this practice. Dr.Holden & Dr. Knapp are the best! So kind, knowledgeable and truly care for their patients. My family and I have been coming here for years. My son now sees Dr. Jack and he is wonderful! María in the front office is so so friendly and she runs the office very well. They truly take care of you. The ladies who assist with the fitting of the glasses are amazing! True professionals.The entire office makes you feel so welcome. Highly recommend!.

Excellent customer service from every staff member, including Dr's. Very friendly and attentive to us as patients and treated with upmost respect from your arrival time to the end. I've been coming to this facility for years.

This is a great optometric. They are kind and very professional. I've been looking forward to going there and was pleasantly surprised. What a great thing that family works together. The optician and clerical are terrific and patient. It's great to see by the sea.

I’ve been coming to Family Optometric for years, and they treat you like family. The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. The doctors take the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and never make you feel rushed. I always leave feeling well taken care of. I highly recommend Family Optometric to anyone looking for excellent eye care.

I first met Dr. Knapp while on an assignmnet in her office years ago, and after many more, I decided to become a patient myself. I’ve referred my fiance and my mother, and the care has always been outstanding. My mom is Deaf, and the way Dr. Knapp communicates with her during exams is patient, respectful, and truly impressive. It means so much to us. Her late husband, Dr. Holden, was my fiancé's doctor for years and was always spoken of so highly. He is deeply missed, and his legacy clearly lives on. Now seeing that their two sons are also doctors there just shows what an amazing, dedicated family this is. Quality care clearly runs in their DNA. The entire staff deserves recognition as well—they are always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly patient, making every visit comfortable and stress-free. You’re never treated like just another patient here—you’re treated like you matter.

I have nothing but good things to say about them, but above all, I am deeply grateful for the kind and humane way they helped me—something you rarely see these days. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome, and the service is unmatched. Thank you, Dr. Lisa, for all your help and for fitting me in at the last minute; a thousand thanks.
