Dr. wrong not only is super funny but he is also very compassionate! Never has he ever made us feel uncomfortable, has always made us feel like we have known him for our whole lives, never makes us feel stupid. makes us feel I that what we have to say no matter what it is is important. His office staff too has always been right there for any appointments needed never makes us wait takes us On the same day as we call, we both want to thank you Dr Wong and staff for making west coast urology a wonderful place to begin to keep up the fabulous hard work and dedication shows and you all deserve the acknowledgement in which you all have earned!!! I have been receiving care from Dr. Kevin Lee of the West Coast Urology for a little over a year now (Oxnard office). I have received excellent care. I had a large kidney stone lodged that need to be surgically removed. The surgical team lead by Dr. Lee was fantastic. I have had numerous follow-up visits as I have more kidney stones. I have had follow-lab work. The staff at the office has always been in good communication with me. There have been times where Dr. Lee had emergency appointments that caused me to reschedule as well as third party labs that failed to provide timely reports. Each time I was contacted by the office to reschedule without any fuss or incident. My waits in the office were timely - NOT extraordinarily long like I have had in other offices. This is well managed. The staff are courteous and patient. Dr. Lee has a very good bedside manner. He is forthright with information. He is not dramatic in his responses. He is not stingy with is time. He does not do CYA doctoring. That is is not to say he is not thorough. He is the type of doctor you want to have.

Perfect. Brought life back to my husband. Been patient since 2016 all Drs have treated him with much respect and the staff has always been kind helpful. I’m sorry to hear the opinion of others. The office is clean and UTI or infections could come air borne or other underlinings. UTI could develop within hours. In the discharge papers it is part of the side effects to look out for. It is not the doctor’s or facility fault. In my opinion I’m greatful for having a Dr to help us when it was an emergency and the empathy and respect Dr Lee provided and the follow up for 6 days at hospital was wonderful. My husband has pick’s disease and he was treated perfectly to keep him calm and recollected . Our experience was just perfect. Thank you much.
