Staff were very warm and welcoming once I visited. scheduled surgery to get my cataract removed within a couple weeks. I was unaware of the copay from my insurance and I was told not to bring valuable to surgery so I had to pay with my debit card that pretty much left me no money. The nurses that took me back were extremely thorough in explaining everything. The surgery itself was a piece of cake. Didn’t feel a thing. I was in and out in about an hour. They called the next day to check up on me which was nice. But overall Dr. Petelin was amazing!! Highly recommended Petelin Vision!!!.

This is a world class Dr, staff and operation. Had cataract surgery on both eyes. The left eye never achieved its targeted goal but the Dr and staff stayed with me throughout the process, culminating in a follow up procedure that turned out great. Would have been quite easy for them to move on to the next patient. I can’t give them enough stars.

Fast and convenient. The technician Ted was very patient with me. I have trouble not blinking and he was so patient. Dr Petelin took his time in explaining my options for surgery. These people are the best.

The team at this practice were welcoming and approachable from my phone interaction to set up my appointment, to the front office staff, technicians and medical assistants. Dr. Eyrich expertly completed all the needed tests and clearly communicated his evaluation and recommendations. I left reassured that his treatment plan for my vision have positive results.

Made an appointment for a medical eye problem the day before. The staff was friendly and helpful. I paid for the exam myself and the price was very reasonable. The doctor was great explained what was going on and what I needed to do. Definitely recommend them!

I was fortunate to find Dr Eyrich. He is quite knowledgeable and thorough and treats me with dignity and respect. I recommend him highly for the excellent work he does.

Today I am not exactly reviewing this practice. This comment applies to one person, Chelsie, who ran all my tests prior to seeing Dr. Palmer. I have a very difficult time with eye appointmens. My vision is bad and getting worse. There are few solutions to my problems even after cataract surgery. However, Chelsie has a calm and caring demeanor that is unmatched in other techs or nurses. She slowed down and let me rest. Everything about her... her voice, her posture, her soft movements in the room....put me at ease. You are great, Chelsie. I hope others appreciate you as much as I do.

This was my first time visiting Dr Palmer for my annual diabetic eye exam. And it was a great experience. Brooke and Amaya went step by step with me about what was going to be done and did an amazing job making me feel comfortable. Dr. Palmer was quick and efficient and made nice conversation. I would recommend anyone who is looking for an optometrist to come to Southwestern eye center located on Miller/Osborn in Scottsdale.

Great help checking in at kiosk. Very professional & detailed staff (Madison) and doctor Matt Palmer. First started going there 40 years ago!.
