I have to say that my whole experience on my first visit was stellar! The front desk personnel were so friendly and kind, very helpful. I didn't have to wait long to be taken back to a room. Everyone I dealt with in the room was kind, professional. When Dr Crooks came in he introduced himself with a good handshake. He was jolly and friendly, very professional but not stuffy. He asked good questions about my injuries and explained how they could help elevate quite a bit of my pain. He took the time to make sure I was understanding everything he was saying and asked if I had questions or concerns that he could discuss with me. I was just really impressed with him, all of his staff and the facility.

It was great to come back after many years to consult with Dr. Matthew T. Crooks, M. D., on a new health issue I was having. He's a very good listener, attentive, pleasant and you feel comfortable to speak with him without rushing you. Best of all, he always recommends the best for his patients, and that's why I keep coming back to him whenever needed. The front desk staff are Awesome too! They are professional, organized, kind and very efficient.

Dr. Crooks is hands down one of the most talented, compassionate pain physicians in the Phoenix Valley. He is always trying to find ways to give relief, and with years and years of experience he is able to accomplish what other Dr.’s don’t. I highly recommend him.

Had a trigger point injection done by doctor Monica and it was life changing. All the nurses were awesome and the treatment took seconds. I was already feeling it good effects before working out of the office . Definitely a 100% recommendation. She is the best.

Dr. Torres and Miriam are first class! Dr. Torres is extremely bright, knowledgeable, personable and kind. She takes time to explain things so clearly. One of the best doctors I have ever been to. I feel blessed to be in her care.

Dr Torres was what a patient want their Doctor. She me understand my situation & was able to give proper advice to what I should be doing. Very much appreciated.

Dr. Eisenfeld is fantastic! I had severe pain from Plantar Fasciitis 6 months ago. Dr. Eisenfeld gave me multiple treatments, and after a period of time, the pain is 99% gone, and I'm as active as ever. Excellent touch, and knowledge.

Dr. Eisenfeld has kept me from spinal surgery for over two years now....and I hope he will continue to for years to come. His expertise in pain management is excellent and he only does what is necessary and effective. I was terrified of a cervical injection, but after being under Dr. Eisenfeld's exceptional care, I realize how healing this procedure has been for me. He's also been very helpful dealing with my high level of anxiety. He makes the procedure easy and the surgical center he uses is topnotch. Karen and Vicki in his office couldn't be more helpful and kind. They have always gone above and beyond with my EXTREMELY difficult insurance company.

Dr. Eisenfeld and his staff are wonderful. Have never had a bad experience.
