I had a great experience at Dr. Lewis’s office. The staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. The waiting room was clean and I was seen promptly at my scheduled time. Dr. Lewis was kind, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing me. He explained everything clearly and made sure that I understood my options. I would recommend Dr. Lewis for medical care.

I have been going to Willis-Knight for eye care for many years. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Lewis has been my doctor for roughly 15-years. I trust him with my eye care. He answers any questions that I might have, especially since cataract surgery is in my future. I highly recommend Willis-Knight for your eye care needs.

Dr. Lewis is awesome! I had to have laser eye surgery for “secondary “ cataracts. He explained everything to me and said it would not hurt, nor take long to do. He was right on both. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I have severe anxiety issues and was afraid of my appt. However these ladies were absolutely amazing. Each one i came in contact with spoke clearly and concisely. They made should I understand what was going on and the next steps to take. I was amazingly blown away by how wonderful and efficient they were. Now I look forward to doing business here.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. Bannorman! Amazing bedside manner! He was so thorough with his exam and was sure I was understanding of my situation and sure to make a plan to bring my eyes to their optimal health.

Haven't seen Dr. Van Norman in many years!! Started having issues and had no problem getting an appointment. His staff were very friendly and helpful. They all answered my questions and concerns.

What a great experience! Dr. Shelby, Ms. Leigh and their whole team were absolutely fantastic! Ms. Leigh called weeks ahead to discuss, mailed paperwork and instructions for pre-op care. Arrived day of surgery and they literally have this down to an art! I had the SMILE procedure in both eyes and everything went as it should. Two days after surgery and no problems whatsoever (still following post-op care as instructed). After wearing glasses and contacts for 30 years I would recommend Dr. Shelby and his team without hesitation! (Picture is as the laser is working - only took about 10 seconds).

Dr Shelby and his staff were so good with me. He is very professional, down to earth, and kind. He explained and let me ask questions regarding Cataract Surgery and he put me at ease. He is a great Physician. Chelsey, Dr Shelby’s surgery scheduler, was wonderful and made the whole process easier.

I was nervous about getting this done, now 1 eye down and 1 to go. I'm SO pleased. I can see clearer now, the color change is remarkable Good job! I got the Medicare package and that worked out fine. I'm sure I'll be able to drive without glasses too. Thank You so much Dr. Shelby.
