He then completed a skull base fellowship at the University of Cincinnati’s Mayfield Clinic. Board-certified in neurological surgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery, Dr. Guthikonda specializes in skull base research, brain aneurysms, brain tumors, and arteriovenous malformations. He is widely respected throughout Northern Louisiana and has received numerous accolades for his exceptional, patient-centered care. Dr. Guthikonda has a strong clinical focus on brain tumors, aneurysms, and AVMs. He has presented nationally and internationally on over 250 occasions and has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed book chapters, journal articles, and manuscripts.
