This was my first visit to Dr Murata, but it won't be my last. I was impressed with his knowledge, professional, yet friendly manner, his thoroughness and his patience. His ability is innate, it can't be taught. The office staff are exceptional, on the phone and in person. They are very helpful and treat you with respect. I would absolutely recommend Dr Murata or one of his colleagues.

Dr. Murata and Murata Eyecare are absolutely wonderful. I've been a patient for 30+ years and Dr Murata and his team continue to provide exceptional medical care and unwavering customer service. The office visits are always welcoming, comprehensive and educational! I'm so impressed and grateful for all that they do! I highly recommend them for all your eyecare needs!.

I went in for annual check up with Dr. Nelson Murata today. I had such a nice visit with him. He does not rush, he is passionate and knowledgeable about all things ocular, and he took his time with me even though my concerns were minor. I learned so much about my eyes today. I will not go to any other optometrist. Also the facility is clean and modern, and the staff are friendly and professional. 10/10!.

It is always a pleasure to go in for my eye-exam with Dr. Shields. His patience, dedication, knowledge, personality and overall bedside-manner are everything I look for in a doctor. His staff are among the most-friendly, personable, knowledgeable professionals you’d want working alongside you. I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect when I’m the office. I actually look forward to my appointments. If you’re looking for a great optometrist, I would recommend anybody-and-everybody to give Dr. Shields a try. Your search will end with him.

I have been going to this office for over 8 years and I can honestly say the care has always been exceptional. The doctor is knowledgeable, patient, and truly takes the time to make you feel comfortable and cared for. What really stands out is the staff — they are always kind, welcoming, and somehow remember me every single time I come in. It makes such a difference walking into an office where everyone treats you like family instead of just another appointment. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor who genuinely cares about their patients.

Dr. Shields is amazing! Very professional, friendly and loves what he does. The rest of the staff is as great very nice and accommodating! You feel very comfortable all the time during your visit.

I’ve been a patient of DLV for many years and I have recommended them to others several times. I’m a glaucoma patient and Dr. Vosoghi is my doctor. He’s extremely caring and knowledgeable and I’ve always had a good experience with my visits. The staff is also very caring.

My wait time at this visit was very short. The staff members were efficient and friendly. The doctor was professional and communicated the diagnosis in a clear and understandable way.

Staff are friendly and efficient. Dr. Zhang took time to thoroughly explain the needed treatment and underlying causes of my condition. The Simi office is small and the waiting room was packed when I arrived. However, patients were managed and attended to quickly. My wait time was minimal.
