Elegant Floor is an awesome vendor. We happened upon Elegant Flooring while internet shopping for our new flooring. We found flooring we loved locally but want to price shop. I am glad we did! I called and Andrea answered all of our questions. She is an expert! Elegant beat the socks off our local price! And this included shipping direct to our house (Texas to Tennessee)! She even expedited a sample from the order lot, just to make sure it was the color we wanted. How is that for service! Andrea was super responsive and on top of our request from the first phone call! She was in constant contact from our order to well past delivery. I can not say enough positive comments about Elegant Flooring! If you are looking for flooring, I highly recommend Elegant Flooring. I was a little worried about buying flooring from a place I had never been (I live in Austin and the showroom is in Fort Worth) but I knew exactly what I wanted and their prices were so much less than what was available to me locally.
