NTX Floors

We were looking to get the carpet on our stairs replaced and found NTX through a recommendation on a neighborhood app. Johnny showed up on time for the appointment and explained the process thoroughly. Their pricing was competitive and they also warrantied their work. Max and the crew showed up on time on the install day and were very professional. They did not leave any mess behind and delivered top quality work. They could not finish our second floor due to no mistake of theirs and are going to come back to complete the job. I will update the review when the job is complete. Overall, I 100% recommend them. The NTX floors team was professional, easy to work with, and always on time for appointments. The entire process went smoothly and the finished product turned out to be absolutely beautiful.

Super impressed. Their bids were middle of the pack, on par for the work I was looking for. They were very responsive and quick to visit. They had lots of good wood selections and were very knowledgeable. They even brought samples to my home because I was too booked to visit the storefront and I was able to put the samples against my walls to get a better idea of what I wanted. The crew they sent for my job was respectful, organized, helpful, and most importantly GOOD at flooring. They did a beautiful job. I would hire them again if I decide to reno other portions of my house.

House feels completely different! Love our carpeting and the people at NTX have been great every step of the way. Ours is a Mohawk and the color is Hawthorn. Thanks Jonny and Tori!
