The Floor Store

Had a super smooth experience at this one-stop-shop for new floors. I worked with Robert whose keen design sense and attention to detail really made the difference. Robert visited my home to get a sense of the layout and furniture. He continued to coordinate through the entire installation process. In particular, he noted some complications with my stairs (which were also replaced) and helped ensure they were installed correctly. Guillermo and his partner installed the flooring and were extremely professional and talented with the details. This included filling nail holes (used on the stairs) such that I can't see them. I'm extremely happy with my floors and the overall experience.

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very pleasant to work with. Aside from the selection on the floor, customer service plays an important hole in the whole experience. Thank you Shana.

Kristina Harris at the SF store was a great help showing me the different types of flooring and what would be best for my room. Kristina knows her products. Zack who came to field measure my room was on time and explained the install process. Guillermo my installer was on time, cleaned up every day, and looks to have done a great install.
