Heard about this food truck spot from my coworker, so we all went to grab dinner after a long day. I'm always up for something I've never had before and at this spot, it was Venezuelan food. I'm so glad I made this choice because 1) food was delicious & filling (I ordered the pabellon bowl) and 2) the owners were the sweetest! You can tell they really care about authenticity and the quality of the food they serve. If I'm ever in McAllen again, I will bee line to them.
If you like Venezuela food, this is the place to go, empanadas are really good. the only thing I didn't see in the menu was cachapas. By the way the attention was really nice.

I had the tripitas Matamoros style and frijoles prep. So delicious! I honestly has zero complaints beans were full of flavor tacos were perfect not to greasy perfect portions of cilantro and onion. And to top it all off the salsita was amazing.
Very good place to munch. I like their baked potato with fajita. They have such a good customer service. You can dine in or take it to go. They will come to your car and take the order. I totally recommend this place.

Amazing! OMG they have really good customer service, Diego was fun and nice to talk to and the staff were really attentive, the food was beyond expectations, I'm impressed and the appetizer was really good! Beans, queso and salsa with blue corn chips. The Mighty Provenza Burger was delicious, we want to come back to try more things on the menu, they told us they prepare the buns there and for me homemade bread it's heaven.
Amazing cuisine! I had the burger, tacos and cheese cake. The burger was top notch! It's patty was of the highest quality and it was delicious. The tacos were also excellent especially with the fresh guacamole on top. The cheese cake was the best cheesecake I've had! I will definitely be eating here again!
