MAMBO SEAFOOD REVIEWS

We had a very pleasant surprise coming here. The place is nice and clean, and looks festive. The staff was welcoming and let us sit anywhere we'd like. They were also attentive. I had some sort of combination platter, and they definitely do seafood right. The fried fish, shrimps and calamari were super tender. My better half even asked if they were fully cooked, and of course they were, because I actually double checked just to be sure. The fried rice that accompanied the seafood was also very tasty. The best part is the price. If you are looking for fried seafood, you can easily pay double or more elsewhere. Would I recommend this place? Heck yeah! I'd come back again even though this place is more than an hour away for me.

5 Star Service for our waitress Adri. Outstanding Service! Our waitress was absolutely wonderful — attentive without being overbearing, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her positive attitude and professionalism made our dining experience exceptional. Thank you for the fantastic service.

A group of about 15 of us went to your restaurant. Adri was our server along with a male trainee. Both were patient, attentive, and very friendly. The food was good, but not very hot. But tasty anyway. I made sure to thank Adri for her great service and I also let her manager know. Having a server like her made our experience very enjoyable! This was at the Mambos close to Tinseltown Theatre.

RED LOBSTER MCALLEN REVIEWS

Just wanted to share a fantastic dining experience we had! Our waiter, Eddie, was absolutely amazing. He was so friendly and chatty, it felt like we were catching up with an old friend rather than just ordering dinner. He had the best sense of humor and made the whole evening so much fun - no rushed service here! The service manager was great too. Seriously, if you're looking for a place with awesome food *and* incredible service, you HAVE to check this place out. And if you can, ask for Eddie - he'll make your night.

I brought my mother and my sister for lunch and we had a great time. Enjoyed our food. We ordered the Ultimate Feast and the Lobster and Shrimp Linguini. I tried the margarita flight and was good as well. Food was great and the service was the same. We enjoyed our lunch.

I want to thank the waitress Sara who served us at Red Lobster. She was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She explained the menu well and gave us great recommendations. Her service was attentive and not overbearing, which we really appreciated. The food came on time and was delicious. Thanks to her excellent service, our dinner was a great experience. We’ll be back.

DIRTY AL'S BAYOU GRILL REVIEWS

Great food & drinks! Fun atmosphere, and great wait staff. Everyone was friendly and seemed happy to have us there. We had shrimp bisque, fish & chips, fried shrimp, & grilled white fish with spinach, mushrooms, and a tangy, spicy sauce and seasoned red potatoes. The house sangria was excellent! Definitely recommend.

Food was delicious. I ordered the Almondy and is was just great. We also ordered the Fried Shrimp and Scollop plate, a kids Fish and Fries, a kids Mini Corndogs and a Crab and Shrimp Boil. Everything was cooked to perfection. Overall the service and atmosphere was good.

We try to eat at least one of the Dirty Al's locations when we are in Mcallen Texas. My husband ordered Freddy's Mixup...it had snow crab, sausage, shrimp, corn, and red potatoes. It was a ton of food, great value for the price. Also try their sangria, it is amazing. Staff is friendly and attentive. Came back the next day for gumbo and shrimp, also amazing.
