It’s a taco truck so the atmosphere is that of a taco truck. But the food is AMAZING!!! The day we went it was bitter cold and we waited for our food in the car. It was worth the wait, even in the freezing cold. The Sope was one of the best i’ve had! My husband & I were born and raised in California & we take Mexican food very seriously. This is my top pick for Springfield. Try their chips and red salsa, it’s so good! The Horchata was amazing.

That is unequivocally the best taco and quesadilla I have ever had in my life and it's not close. I even lived in Southwest Arizona and this is the runaway winner for my favorite tacos ever. Well done.

Amazing food. The Cubana was delicious. Can't wait to be back in the area again.

TACOS EL CHAMPU REVIEWS

This is my absolute favorite place. There is nothing special about the decor but everything else is very special. The food is outstanding- my go to are the shrimp tacos. Every bite of everything I've eaten here from the nachos and Salsa to everything that follows is outstandingly delicious. The sunshine location seems always to be crowded- good energy. And they're open late on the weekend. Seriously nothing not to love about this place.

Amazing food and service. Some of the best Mexican cuisine you will find in town. This place never disappoints. Keep up the good work guys.

Taco Tuesday was a hit. The Al Pastor was heavenly. I’ll be back for sure. Great atmosphere and very kind people.

We hired Hibachi Experience with only a few days notice our event and we were pleasantly surprised at their corporation. They were punctual with their arrival time and were the life of the party once they got there. Our event had 10 people and everyone had more than enough food leftover. We can't thank them enough for setting up everything and preparing dinner for us. It allowed us to keep enjoying our evening without giving up any of our valued vacation time. ABSOLUTELY hire them for your next event.

I’ve been following these guys for years and I swear they only get better with time! The food, the service, the vibes.. 10/10! I’ve put my coworkers and family on too and now we all wait to see where they’re going to be next! The hibachi plate is a my go to and can totally be shared so in my opinion, absolutely worth it! I love their sauces as well. I can’t remember which it’s called but the sweet one is my favorite.

T.H.E Food Truck has always been 10000/10! They’ve gone to the Goat Ranch/Baker-Spain Stampede for two years now and their service and food is always top notch. For how busy they get each night, the wait for food is phenomenal. I got 4 meals one night and waited maybe 15 minutes and they had a full line of people. There’s nothing else like The Hibachi Experience.
