It was amazing my server Angel and my cook Mateo did a great job serving me and my sister tonight,the food was amazing the service was incredible, I recommend to anyone it to anyone in Denver Colorado or that plan on coming to Denver .Mateo had some of the best tricks it was a cool experience , he was very kind. Angel amazing and quick on her feet helped us with getting what we need.Both where very kind and respectful thank you for a good nighttt!!!

We went for my aunties birthday and had a fabulous time. Daniel and Mateo were kind and attentive. Our table was late to be seated but the manager brought apps to hold us over. It was very tasty and fun service!

Angel was amazing she made me feel so comfortable! Mateo was very kind, helpful anddd hilarious might i add. definitely coming back for more.

JINYA RAMEN BAR UNION STATION REVIEWS

This is literally the best Japanese-fusion restaurant I have tried outside of Japan. Wendy was very friendly and responsive. She responded to our requests in a timely and nice manner. The chicken and tonkotsu broth were both super delicious and not overly salty. I can easily finish all of my ramen soup. The crispy chicken and salmon sushi were also super delicious. The sushi rice was sticky at the right level, and the chicken was crispy and hot. I would come here every day if I live nearby!

I enjoyed my Chicken Ramen, it was filling and the service was great. Mia, my server, was attentive and fit right into the atmosphere of gratitude and communion in the restaurant!

Ramen broth was very good. The salmon poke was messy but flavorful. The chicken chashu rice bowl was good, small was plenty big.

UCHI DENVER REVIEWS

I was stuck in Denver due to the "snow" that Houston received. The service was great, and so was the bartender. This is consistent with Uchi (Houston, Dallas, Austin, and Scottsdale). There's almost always room at the wine bar, and this location has spirits, in addition to sake and wine. I'd recommend stopping in.

This place was delicious! Amazing food and flavor, great drinks, fresh fish and our server, Felix, was very nice and super helpful with any questions and recommendations! We loved this place and we will definitely be back!

Got the somakase at the bar, and it was amazing. Chef asked us questions on our likes and dislikes and tailored items for us. Highly recommend and will certainly be returning when I can.
