MARCHE REVIEWS
I went here for my homecoming dinner and it was great. I’ve eaten French food my whole life and everything I got at this place was amazing. The coffee was nice and the deserts were delicious and of course the appetizers were amazing. My partner had the burger and said it was delicious. The server we had was what I assumed the lead server based on his clothing and he was extremely nice and accommodating. I’ve been to many restaurants and it was the best service I’ve had. I’ve been to more expensive places and got better service here than anywhere else. Ended up spending less than we had anticipated and we were full by the end of the night which was great. Everything was fresh which was also great. no complaints. Decor was beautiful the bathrooms were nice and clean with nice decor. Definitely will come here again. Didn’t have to wait too long for a table even though the place was packed. My partner had never had French food before this and was a little scared he wouldn’t like anything but changed his mind to loving French food after this dinner.
Had a lovely anniversary dinner here and the entire experience was fantastic. Our server David was 5 stars all on his own, equal parts, funny, proficient, and friendly; the food was also amazing and I highly recommend for a night out or a truly special occasion! Thanks for dinner!
I've only been here for happy hr, which was lovely. Tasty house Rhone wines, OR beer and cider taps, and their hazelnuts are some of the best I've had in OR. Bartenders are attentive and welcoming. Will be back for oysters/champers and brunch!

RYE REVIEWS
The place was pretty packed on a Tuesday night. Luckily we had a reservation so no wait for us. Had steam mussels which was spectacular with the tomato based broth. Wife had wild Coho salmon as the main entree, while I had the boulaibase seafood stew. Both were cooked to perfection. Compliments to the chefs. Worth it. Note we were going to order smoked duck but it seems only available on Friday and Saturday night.
Went on recommendation, couldn't be more pleased! We were taken care of for our anniversary, to say the food and service were impeccable would be an understatement! The wine was perfect, atmosphere is busy but thankfully the tables are mostly secluded so it feels more intimate. We are definitely an "alt" couple and we did not stick out. Mixed drinks were perfectly balanced. Not cheap but not expensive either. You definitely need to try this place out!!
Absolutely amazing food. The menu is small, but in a good way, the selection is still varied enough that it fits a variety of tastes, while letting their chefs perfect their dishes. Service was wonderful, drink selection was vast, atmosphere was quite inviting. I'll absolutely be returning.

BAR PURLIEU REVIEWS
First time coming here and I’ll definitely be back. With the exception of the pork belly appetizer, everything we got was beautifully balanced and cooked well. So much so that I wonder what happened to the pork belly. It was REALLY over cooked, I am actually shocked that they would serve it. It was basically jerky. BUT ANYWAY, this is a 5-star review because the other three dishes we got made up for it! We got the clam appetizer (drool!) and for the entrees we got the filet and the prawns. The clams were like a deconstructed clam chowder with a beautifully delicious garlic herb topping that they went heavy on and I very much appreciated that. The filet was chefs kiss! On top of a radicchio purée that I found unique and enticing. The prawns were cooked flawlessly although I would definitely recommend getting the smaller size (unless your sharing with the table) because the richness and soft textures of the prawns and the risotto overwhelm a bit toward the end. Can’t wait to come back again.
The food is wonderfully prepared, presentation was perfect and the flavor of each dish was outstanding! Their cocktails are unique and well crafted. The ambiance is intimate, you can actually hear your conversations over dinner. The staff members were also incredibly friendly and attentive. This place is definitely a well rounded 5 stars!
Food and service was excellent. Intimate environment with an open kitchen/bar area. The photo is the ling cod, the best dish of the night.
