Toshi's Ramen features traditional Japanese Cold Ramen and Toshi's Ramen original Cold Salad ramen during the summer months. Their broth and noodles are made fresh daily to make the best ramen possible for their customers. The Teriyaki Chicken comes with a homemade teriyaki sauce, fresh white rice, and spicy pickled cucumbers. These noodle dishes are served cold, accompanied by two types of special house dressings and vegetables. You can try their chicken teriyaki, gyoza (potstickers), fried rice, wakame and butter corn. TOSHI'S RAMEN REVIEWS

This place is amazing!!! The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The person that took my order was enthusiastic about the fact I haven't been there in 12+ years. Told me, "welcome back! We've missed you!" That made me feel special. The prices are very reasonable for how much food you get. The ramen is DELICIOUS! I'm definitely going back as much as possible from now on.

Stopped in for some takeout with my husband it it did NOT disappoint! It was busy but not overwhelming, very nice atmosphere. The service was excellent, the staff was very communicative with us about the wait time we'd have and everything, and the food when we got home? Oh. My. God. Absolutely DELICIOUS! 10/10 we'll definitely be back again.

I go here at least once a week. Their teriyaki chicken is not only a great deal, but mouthwateringly delicious and has overtaken my subconscious mind and invaded my dreams. A+, chefs kiss wonderful stuff. Also, the ramen rocks and the people who work here are awesome!

MAKOTO JAPANESE RESTAURANT REVIEWS

This place has greatly improved since the last time I went here. The sushi was fresh and delicious. Love the monkey brain (not actually monkey brain)! If you love avocado and spicy tuna its a must try. The Double Double almost tasted like ceviche, it was an interesting but delicious roll, so good we grabbed a second one. Our server was attentive and friendly. She ensured our glasses of water were always filled.

It is pricey for Eugene, but the quality of fish and preparation justifies it My wife even mentioned how the rice for the nigiri was actually seasoned. If you eat sushi and are accustomed to paying for good sushi this is reasonable and delicious.

Please like this review. :) This place is DELICIOUS. Try their monkey brains appetizer! We love their crunchy rolls, bento boxes, and their gin cucumber drink is really yummy. Nice atmosphere, plenty of seating and we've always been seated right away. The servers are very nice and accommodating.

TOKYO TONKATSU REVIEWS

A super homey place with great prices and even larger proportions. Personally, I’d say the ramen shines here BUT the chicken and pork tonkatsu shine brighter. I LOVED the chicken katsu that we ordered and also my spicy pork dish. Will definitely become a regular spot for me. The owner here is also super nice and checks on you, making sure you find everything up to his standard.

Hands down best ramen place in town with plenty more to offer as well. The soft boiled egg was creamy and perfectly cooked. Portion size and taste tops Toshi's with more options too. Chicken was extremely light and crispy. Counter service with plenty of seating. Across from a great spot for a little dessert afterwards. Parking: Metered Street parking.

I ordered the chicken katsu. This meal was $15 and came with miso soup. I ate maybe 1/3 of the meal before getting extremely full. Every bit was absolutely delicious and I would have forced myself to finish the food had I not had to return to work knowing I’d be in a total food coma. Service is just as incredible as the food.
