Cuisine Restaurant is a cozy and elegant place that offers contemporary French-American cuisine with a European touch. The menu changes seasonally and features a variety of dishes, from appetizers and salads to entrees and desserts. The chef-owner Paul Grosz is an award-winning culinary artist who showcases his skills and creativity in every plate. The wait staff is attentive and friendly, and the wine list is impressive. We had the pan grilled trout is phenomenal.
We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Cuisine. The food was delicious and our server decorated our dessert for our anniversary. Perfect place for dinner when attending a performance at the Fisher Theater.
One of Detroit’s culinary gems. Chef Paul Grosz never dissapoints with his imaginative, French inspired dishes. I especially enjoy the Zinc Bar area which is one of my favorite get-away.
