JOHNNY NOODLE KING REVIEWS
Absolutely love this place. Although it's been hit and miss lately on the consistency of the food. Noodle bowls are pretty much always on point, bao buns have been lacking lately. Haven't had the "perfect" experience in a bit but will continue to go cause it's that good. Not a fan of the artisanal pickles.
Amazing ramen and definitely our favorite in Michigan thus far. I got the Tonkatsu and my partner got the Shoyu. We also ordered Beef Bao and the Bacon Fried Rice. Would highly recommend everything, it was super great and we will return.
Johnny is definitey the noodle king! Our meal was delicious. We had the Beef Bao, bacon fried rice, Captain Katsu and Burnt Garic Miso noodles. Both the broths were delicious and the chicken katsu was cooked perfectly! The service was very good and despite being busy, the place wasnt loud. We will be back!

IMA IZAKAYA REVIEWS
Had to try this Japanese fusion restaurant after hearing great feedback, and it was FANTASTIC! Six of us enjoyed a variety of appetizers and meals, from sushi rolls and ahi tuna, to Chilean Sea Bass, Pho Noodles, and Lamb Curry. We are already talking about a return trip.
Brilliant flavors! Great balance between menu items and hot/cold plates. Wonderful casual atmosphere with world-class food - “fine dining” without the attitude. Best, most memorable edamame I’ve ever had! You haven’t had a dish of edamame so flavorful, balanced with robust spices. Excellent dishes with pork belly, and other proteins. GF options. Very attentive kitchen and server. The samplers from the grill are uh-MAZ-zing! Parking: No problem finding space on st.
The food is SO. SO. GOOD. They have great Vegetarian/Vegan options as well. The apps are to die for. The restaurant aesthetic is really really nice. One of my favourite restaurants in Detroit (or even Michigan!) it is easy to eat accessible food for most palettes.

BASH ORIGINAL IZAKAYA REVIEWS
Great service and food that was new for me. Large menu that could be overwhelming if sushi is new to you too, but was ultimately explained really well, so it wasn't intimidating. Server Jordan was gracious and attentive, with thorough explanations for everything from drinks to food. Food was beautiful and tasted great. Dietary restrictions: We had a guest with a shellfish allergy and the team was accommodating and thoughtful.
The vibe is relaxed, the space is clean and well decorated and includes a no shoe section with traditional low tables. Service was exceptional, really friendly and sweet waitstaff. I was pleasantly surprised as the food was better than I expected and may be the best spot for Sushi in Detroit. Overall an enjoyable experience!
This place was named for best sushi place in Detroit for 2021-2022 and I wasn’t surprised as it is indeed. Sushi was so fresh and the food quality was just exceptional. While I was eating here I was planning to comeback again, it was that delicious. Must Try !
