It was a very comfortable and soothing experience dealing with the people directly involved with my dad's funeral service, we really loved our experience, and when you have to go through something so tough it definitely helps a lot! But, There is a lady that works at the front desk and answers the phone, that is not as pleasant.

As it was only myself and Mission Family Mortuary's Jeffrey and one of the owners at the graveside of my brother. The gentleman of Hillcrest's maintenance workers graciously stepped in as pallbearers. They respectfully stood by as I said a final prayer and laid some flowers. I gave them my most heartfelt thank you for their assistance and their kindness to me on a most difficult day. All of the Hillcrest staff were sensitive and solicitous throughout the arrangements to the interment.

Hillcrest was great to me and my family. From start to finish, the staff handled the process smoothly and the funeral was just what we wish for and requested. Their attention to detail was fantastic! Under the circumstances, it is nice to have a great team from the mortuary to assist us through a rough time.

The respect shown to my mother from the moment Basham representative arrived to start the process, to see that sensitivity extra care taken to the moment we got to see my mother for one last time how beautiful she looked peaceful put me at peace to know if did make the right choice. Every step of the way Vanessa S made sure my mother's last wishes we're honored, no detail was missed from the book we're guest sign to the trifolder every detail was there, thank you so much for making a real painful situation to a real celebration of my mother's life!!! From the moment we walked into Basham Funeral Home, we were treated with compassion and understanding. Vanessa and her team took the time to listen to our needs and guided us through every step with patience and care. They made a very emotional time feel more manageable, and we never felt rushed or overlooked. I truly appreciate everything they did for our family.

Adrian Vega was awesome. He stepped up and let us feel like we were in control of what we wanted while he and his team took care of the how. He was always just one text away if there was an issue, and when there was he took care of it beyond our expectations. These times really sucked for my family and I. Adrian and his team helped us immensely through these times. Cannot thank him enough.
