PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF BAKERSFIELD REVIEWS

I’ve been having trouble with my garage door opener for a while and made an appointment yesterday for someone to come look at it. The technician Mike Vargas looked at it and provided 3 different options! He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I ended up getting a new one. He was to do the new one at the appointment. I’m very happy with the service and very impressed with this young man’s knowledge. He was very personable as well!! I had to spend $$ but know I won’t have further issues!! Thanks so much for great service.

Enrique was very professional and very knowledgeable about solving the problem with our garage door. He explained the remedy options and prices for each. We made our choice for repairs. Enrique got to work immediately and had the repair work completed very quickly. He operated the garage door up and down in my presence to confirm that it now worked properly. He checked to see if we had any questions. He used his computer to send me an invoice and the payment was quickly completed. Job well done!! Enrique is the king of garage door repairs. The spring to my garage door snapped at 5 pm at night. I called Precision at 6 pm and by 9 am the service tech was there. They called me prior to arriving, were knowledgable and had my garage fixed by 2 pm that day! Great service! Thank you.

I really am impressed King Door. To start they send a text message with the photo of the servicing tech prior to arrival. The installation tech “Roberto” was great completing the installation of our new garage door. He gave a three hour estimation for completing the install. Upon completion he thoroughly advised a sufficient servicing timeframe, and pointed out all areas to lubricate. This installation was a great experience heading into the weekend. Great job Roberto, I advise everyone to use King Door for your garage door needs.
