After my brothers terminal illness took him sooner than expected-with no arrangements being made in advance and in a different state-Fairhaven was a God send. Calling around other funeral homes were overpriced and nickel-dimed for every additional basic service and said it would be weeks before my brother would be cremated. Fairhaven was a set price for cremation that included all the basic things required and made it their mission to have the cremation done in just days! Customer service was always met with kindness and professionalism-they kept their promise for a quick and respectful turn around with his cremation…and bent over backwards to help our family and our needs for my brothers respectful end of life requests. I give my highest endorsement and would use them again with no hesitation!!! Thank you so much FairHaven!

I cannot say enough good things about this funeral home. They are kind, compassionate, caring, understanding. Their services were exactly as we wanted it to be. The make up artist at this place is over the top. My father looked absolutely beautiful. Just perfect in every way. This place is everything you will need in a funeral home. Thank you for everything you did for us we appreciate from the bottom of our hearts.

Divine Mercy was great to work with. Thank you to the entire staff for their concern, kindness, care, and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect, and to our satisfaction. Jackie took the time to ensure that we felt no pressure in making the arrangements for our mom. She not only helped with guiding us with decision making, but offered suggestions and advice. She took care in paying attention to every detail. Everything was beautiful. We appreciated this so much, as it helped to make a difficult situation, a little bit easier. The support, care, and compassion that we received from everyone at Divine Mercy was a great comfort to us. We will be forever grateful.

Losing a loved one is always, extremely difficult. I lost my mother and sister within two weeks. If it weren't for the help and support that we received from Divine Mercy, I don't know how we would have gotten through it all. Ric and Olivia were the angels, God sent, to help us through this difficult time. They took all the worries and questions about the funeral plans and allowed us that time to grieve. Both services were lovely, well thought out and nicely done. Thanks for the love and support Ric and Olivia! You both deserve 10 stars and we can't thank you enough.

Everyone at Divine Mercy was very kind and compassionate with handling our mom's services. They provided suggestions yet allowed our family's wishes without hesitation. During a time when you're trying to talk with family and friends, they took the worry out of handling the details and were able to quickly pivot for a few last minute requests we had. More people came than what was expected and they quickly brought in more chairs and accommodated all visitors for the service. This resulted in providing a respectful and memorable service for our mom in such a special way.
