This store has superb customer service. We got our pool last summer and have been in MANY times. Every person we have encountered is friendly, professional, and helpful. They use time to educate us on pool care and have researched a couple items we needed for our pool. I prefer to go exclusively to their store now for anything pool.
Don was very courteous and professional. Although we came at near closing time he answered all our questions and followed up in email as promised. We look forward to a long relationship with Olympia Pools.
