First of all, Brian was great! Showed me what he was doing every step of the way. Explained to me a potential problem and gave me an estimate for that problem. I trusted him and I very rarely do that to service people that come in my home. He’s very personable, professional, and solved my emergency on a Sunday quickly. I had called several places that day and that was the cheapest Sunday rate that I was given. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

From start to finish Mr. Rooter is easy and pleasant to work with and they do great work. A friendly person answers when you call, not an automated phone system! The technician who came today (Brian) is awesome at fixing and explaining things. He told me what preventative measures I can take to avoid future issues. We are in the process of putting our house on the market. We called Summers to come in and inspect our furnace and air conditioning. In the process, Adam discovered a crack in our heating element that was not only impacting performance but also potentially putting our family in harms way because of carbon monoxide leaking. We have a scheduled showing in 48 hours, and we were secretly freaking out. Adam arranged a same day install and worked with me on financing. Then Devin and Cody showed up for the install. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They walked us through the process, explained proper maintenance, were extremely respectful of our situation, and even installed a new thermostat. I cannot recommend Summers, Adam, Devin, and Cody enough. They made what was terrible news into a painless day. AND they did all this while there was a photographer there taking pics of the house. Doug was on time, friendly. After I explained what I had found he went to work immediately. During running the snake he explained what he was doing. After running the machine and bringing up roots, he made suggestions and explained what needed to be done. I understood and will take care of this at a later date. I would recommend them for future needs.
