EXTRA SPACE STORAGE FORT WAYNE REVIEWS

The experience at Extra Space Stage was awesome! I was able to get the climate controlled space I wanted at a really great price with insurance. The building is very clean and secure! I was really impressed! There is an on site office that offers packing materials ands in person help. I signed up online and the process was really easy! Ashley and Jeff at the Maplecrest Road location are awesome and really friendly! I’m very impressed and highly recommend their business!

Jeff Rice was extremely helpful and just an all around great guy. Thanks for helping me with my storage needs and answering any and all questions I had from the beginning to the end. Definitely will pass along your name if ever asked about storage needs.

Jeff and Cleveland are so nice. Facility is clean and secure. Each tenant has their personalised code. Made the moving process as smooth as it could possibly be.

This is by far the easiest PS facility to work with. Always get problems handled, always efficient and greeted by the Manager Lori. She has been nothing but helpful anytime I’ve needed to make sure things get done. And it’s not even my storage property as my things are at another location but she always goes above and beyond to give top notch customer service. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of these services. I’m telling you Ask for Lori, she gets things done and right now. Thank for everything

Lori, the manager, was simply fantastic. She was genuinely a kind and caring person. She helped me understand and feel at ease with the entire process and showed me multiple units to make sure I got exactly what was needed. Absolutely recommend this location and Lori's expertise.
