The funeral home, cemetery, and staff are all very nice. The parking lot is a bit small though, so if you bring a large party, maybe park somewhere outside the cemetery itself and walk in. It is a lovely, easy walk, so it isn't too inconvenient if your mobility allows it.

Very professional and personable staff. Team goes above and beyond to exceed the family's experience. I never had to worry about any detail - it was handled effortlessly. No pressure - no up-selling. Would highly recommend.

Heritage Arrowhead has been absolutely fantastic to work with. I recently had the privilege of working with Heritage Arrowhead Funeral Center to handle end-of-life matters for my mom who passed away recently. Alex and Erin were amazing to work with - sensitive, thoughtful, caring and above all, respectful. They helped me to work through the plans for mom’s cremation and took care of everything. They made a very complicated and heartbreaking situation easier, and for this I am truly grateful. Also, this is not the first time my family has used Heritage Arrowhead’s services. We lost our brother during the first wave of the Covid epidemic and they demonstrated the same love and care with his funeral planning. This, of course, is why I selected them again.
