We got our new HAVC system installed with Parker & Sons about 2 wks ago. The installers were great, very professional. When the tech Xavier came out a couple days later, to inspect it, he worked diligently to get the air pressure critiqued perfectly, and spent ample time trying to get that done. He made a call to his supervisor who was assisting him. In another couple of days, Leo his supervisor, came out, and solved the problem! He’s amazing and such a professional at his trade. We’re very pleased that we used Park & Sons. They did a great job! Thanks guys for all you do.

Very professional. Lots of communication and follow-up. Purchased a new heat pump and had them add 2 vents into our Arizona room. There was a minor installation issue but they gladly came out to evaluate the issue. Then they scheduled someone to come out to correct it. There was some drywall and baseboard damage so they scheduled someone to come out to repair that and he also did touch-up paint to make it all blend in. Everyone was friendly, professional, and courteous. All in all, very satisfied. New heating/cooling system, vents and thermostat work great.

We had Day and Night AC come to our home for a second opinion. I wish we would have gone with them initially. To say that we were impressed is an understatement. Our technician, Zak B, was thorough, professional, and an honest person to work with. He educated us and gave us a great recap when he was complete with the diagnosis. In the future we will go with them for any issues we have for AC, heating, or plumbing. 5 star experience and highly recommend to anyone looking for these services.

I always have great service with Day & Night. We used them to replace our air condition a few years ago. They also service our unit yearly and we use them for any plumbing issues. Today, our plumbing backed up in our house - not fun. But Day & Night squeezed me in their schedule and Anthony Williams came by to snake our main line. He cleaned out the debris, ran a camera to find any issues, described everything in detail and helped arrange for the next steps to fix the issue. Anthony was AMAZING - so kind, attentive, and helpful. Thank you.
