Unbelievably awesome! The spring on our garage door broke and there was no way to manually open the door. In fact it was stuck open about two inches. We started dialing places and even though we didn't leave a message they called back in minutes. Within two hours Tim & Jeremy were here to save the day! They were quick, efficient and got the job done at a very reasonable price. I can honestly say we've never received such great service in such a short amount of time. The technician knew his stuff. We had two garage doors with two separate problems. The gears on one and the control board on the other. He had them both fixed in an hour. Good, honest repair. Thought the repair on my garage door was going to be a higher price but when the technician arrived he saw it was rather simple and lowered the price. After the repair I pointed out some shoddy workmanship by whoever initially installed the garage door and he fixed it at no charge. I'd recommend them.

Carlos was great! I thought I was going to have to replace my opener. When Carlos arrived he looked over the unit and determined he would be able to fix the unit.
