I don’t know that losing a loved one can be a “great experience”, but I don’t think it could go any better than ours did. We were treated with respect and dignity. My mom was treated as well as she could have possibly been. Amanda at Smith was the absolute best. She held our hand, hugged our necks and cried with us. She walked us through every single aspect of the service and it was beautiful. The Aftercare service they offer was great as well. They helped to handle everything mom left. I had no idea how much would be there to do. It was wonderful to have someone to handle all of that for me and to walk me through what I needed to do.

You guys recently handled cremation for our twin granddaughters (Rulisa & Shalicia Miller). Their urns and all the keepsake pieces are so beautiful; but what really touched my heart was the fact that when their parents returned to have ashes placed in multiple keepsake jewelry for our parents,, you all gladly handled it for them. Thank you so much for everything.
