Customer service is top notch at Dash! The technician was very courteous and did a good job of explaining what he was doing. My only complaint and I’ve found this with most HVAC maintenance programs I’ve been with is the constant upselling of services or products.

Everything from Amanda taking our payment at 8:45pm one night when it was easy for us, to the guys showing up at 7am for the install in the pouring down rain, this was a great experience. Amanda even personally came by after the install to drop off a gift and chat. This wayyy exceeded our expectations.

Dash has been exemplary. They've gone out of their way to help me resolve warranty issues with the manufacturer of our HVAC system. Our tech, Justin, was also very good. He answered all my questions and did a very nice job.

Absolutely superior experience from beginning to end. Middleton is superb! My HVAC technician, Patrick ,went above and beyond and is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant. I cant say enough about Patrick. I would highly recommend Middleton to anyone and everyone.

Big shoutout to Middleton Heat & Air! My outdoor unit quit during the recent snow/ice storm, and I figured it would be days before anyone could get out here. Instead, a very nice technician arrived the next day and fixed the issue quickly. I'm so grateful for the fast response and the warmth back in my home.

I am very impressed with Middleton! We had an issue and they were able to come the same day. Lewis was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

BR MCGINTY PLUMBING, HEATING & AIR REVIEWS

One of my furnaces needed a new Nat Gas Solenoid after 13 years. Technician identified the issue during semiannual checkup of my HVAC systems. Diagnostics revealed the solenoid on one of my units was defective. It made a continuous “rattling” noise which was clear indication that it was not functioning properly. Since I’m on a maintenance contract I received a 10% discount on the part and the installation was a service call fee of less than $100 including taxes. In the six decades I’ve had experience dealing with HVAC techs, McGinity’s technician demonstrated more knowledge than any HVAC technician I've ever had experience with.

We have used B R McGinty for over 30 years for a variety of services (heat/air/plumbing/emergency power), and have always found them to be courteous, prompt, and competent. When problems have arisen (as they always will), they have made things "right", and I've appreciated the prompt, personal service. I have recommend McGinty to others, and will continue to do so without hesitation.

The installation crew was on time, worked diligently and completed the installation of the new HVAC in less than 5 hours, irrespective of the heavy rain outside. Kudos to Paul and his team.
