Kevin Garner with Kangaroof was GREAT! We had no idea we had hail damage. They had done roofs in front of us and behind us in our neighborhood. He stopped by and offered a free inspection. Our insurance paid for a full roof replacement. They were able to do our roof in one day and that included some new deck boards. An amazing company! From my initial contact to complete performance, Riley Hays delivered. A tree limb fell and damaged a portion of my home's roof and ceiling. Rain was seeping in. Within an hour of my phone call, Jorge and his team was at my home for emergency services. I then received a prompt estimate of the full repairs, and once my insurance gave approval to proceed, the work was performed professionally, timely, and correctly. An attic wind turbine flew off our house a few days before we were supposed to get rain. We have a very steep roof, so my family strongly urged me not to do it myself and 'leave it to the professionals.' Riley Hays Roofing gave us a quote and they initially thought they would have to tarp the hole and come back. They were able to secure a new turbine and install it before any storms came. While they were at it, we also asked them to provide a quote for other roof repairs we knew we needed. Overall, great experience with timely communication. The wind turbine no longer grinds and squeaks like it did before the old one flew off the roof!.
