Andrew and Tyson along with their boss were very honest with me to help set my expectations realistically. Once they came in and began working on my furniture I noticed they were literally working magic! My sectional had been in storage for a year and a half. It’s a cream color and they were able to get unknown stains out. I am so grateful for their kindness and diligence with my furniture. It is back to its original color and I am so excited!!

From the initial phone conversation....extremely professional! The two gentlemen who came and cleaned my carpet were just as nice. They did a fantastic job and were very professional. I referred my sister who had the same sentiments about this company. I will be using them again in the future and will refer them to anyone needing their services!

Cannot say enough good things about Nu-Look! Our carpets looked brand new and they are so nice. On the second occasion that was a pet related emergency, Mr George came within an hour to help me out. Just above and beyond service. I will continue to use Nu-look!

Mr. George and Reid came out the day after I called. I had some tough pet stains on my carpets and couch that they cleaned up wonderfully. They were professional, efficient, and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you, Nu-Look!

These guys did an amazing job and will definitely be using them from here on out. Not only do they have very reasonable prices but they do an outstanding job. My toddler destroyed her carpet with tons of stains and they made it look brand new, and it smells amazing! They came out on time when they said they would and had it done in a very timely manner. Very nice, respectful guys and will get the job done perfectly. I highly recommend going through them for all your cleaning needs.

This company is wonderful. They did a great job on my carpet, couch and some rugs. I can tell they take pride in their reputation and the job they perform. Even the employees who answered the phone were kind and helpful. I am extremely pleased. James and Nolan were my technicians and they were very polite, communicative, and respectful. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again if needed.

They did really great work. I called and they came out the next day. I have older carpets and they were still able to make them look and smell really clean. I will use them in the future and recommend their services to anyone.
