Heritage Arrowhead Funeral Center

The team there were very compassionate and gently guided us through the process of making arrangements for our son. Alex was wonderful and very patient with me as I struggled through my grief to ensure I was providing the correct information he needed and answering all my questions. The facilities are very nice and perfect for an intimate ceremony to honor you lost loved one.

The people at Heritage were kind, compassionate and very professional. They helped us get our dad situated for cremation and it was a very easy process overall. Elizabeth consistently reached out to ensure we were doing ok and to ask if they could help with anything and even provided us resources for helping process grief and loss. I would highly recommend them, we were very happy with their service and kindness during this horribly difficult time.

We had previously used Heritage at Arrowhead and had been quite pleased. Due to previous experience and location, it was an obvious choice for meeting my family’s needs at this juncture. Alex and Erin were very helpful and accommodating. Everything was very professional and nicely done. An added bonus was the dog therapy provided during our planning session.
