I must admit I dreaded going to deal with making arrangements after my husband’s death, but once my sons and I arrived at Rose-Mann, Ronna took us under her wing. She was caring, calming, and filled with information that we had never even thought about. There was no time limit or rush for our meeting. There was absolutely no pressure to make decisions immediately or to include every option presented to us. We were treated with such heartfelt kindness. There are many offerings available at Rose-Mann and a what a beautiful facility! The final arrangements we chose were perfectly tailored to our family’s wants and needs. We were so thankful for the ease of which Ronna and Rose-Mann helped us through such a heartbreaking and difficult time.

Five stars aren't enough to properly rate Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel. My brother's nursing home recommended Rose Mortuary Mann Heritage Chapel after he lost his courageous battle with cancer. During this heart-wrenching time, Nicole, Hannah, and the entire staff were highly supportive and caring to my family. They treated us like extended family instead of simply being a paying customer. We decided to hold the service in their chapel, which provided the perfect setting for a dignified send-off for Mark. I genuinely thank them for helping us during this difficult time.
