My outdoor spigot was connected through a fixture in my garage. Whenever I turned the water on in my garage, it leaked. I needed it fixed fast because I turned on the connection in the garage today and when I turned it off, the leak did not stop! Plumbing Authority and Jake Newman were professional, thorough, reasonable, and fast!! The price for getting service the same day was a pleasant surprise to me! Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with The Plumbing Authority. Jake came out on a Thursday to assess an issue we had with our hot water; he was able to resolve the problem and gave us all the options (necessary, better, best) to move forward without pressure and within our budget. By Monday, Rio and Jason installed a new water heater and water softening system! They all did great work.

We are very, very pleased with the service provided by The Plumbing Authority. Extra hugs to Jake for the awesome job he did servicing our reverse osmosis water filter unit. Not only were we impressed with his skills but his knowledge of the science of water as well. Thank you too for your courtesy as well in returning phone calls; including the heads up call from Jake as to when he would arrive. Thanks so much again.

TENNESSEE STANDARD PLUMBING & DRAIN REVIEWS

Robert Mason with Tennessee Standard Plumbing did a great job hydrojetting our plugged kitchen sink drain line. He also descaled our tankless water heater and replace the service valves on the hot & cold lines and replaced the leaking pressure relief valve. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and did it all very quickly. Highly recommend his work.

Jacob, Nick and Thomas are consummate professionals and Genuine Americans! Ran into many unforeseen issues ( as I expected) and all challenges met head on with a positive attitude, resolve and precise troubleshooting. The Technician was very thorough, he inspected all my pipes, connections, interior, faucets and my water heater. Ben was friendly, professional and efficient. Ben explained three different service and system upgrade options for me very clearly. Overall I was very pleased with the quality of work, knowledge and service. I would ask for Ben specifically to perform any other repairs or upgrades. Tennessee Standard is my go to plumbing company.

Jesse and Cayden were so kind and professional. They took the time to take photos of everything and explain our options without pressuring us to do the most expensive thing. The prices were very competitive but the level of service we received from customer care all the way through the install was superb. Highly recommend.

Bill and Mark were fantastic. From beginning to end. We had to replace a toilet and then also had a hot water tank circulator installed. They were on time and got the job done. We really appreciate them as they were competent and very forthcoming with info on our job. Would recommend for all plumbing needs.

Jacob came out to fix our basement toilet that was leaking. I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly and he did a great job fixing it, even adjusting the handle since it was too slack. He also gave me an estimate for a new hot water heater in the same visit. Highly recommend, I have been using My Professional Plumber for 3 years now and have always been happy with their service.
