I am having some major issues with my storage unit and Ciera has went above and beyond to help with the solution. It is still not fixed but she has been with me every step of the way and done everything she could possibly do. Now it is up to the big manager so let’s see what happens. I will keep you updated…. Update: I had a roach infestation and I couldn’t go in my building for weeks without bugs everywhere. The only thing they did for me was give me $20 off one months rent. They are horrible. They tell you to file the paperwork and then they don’t back you up. I wouldn’t store my doo doo there. There place is TRASH
This staff is really nice,I wish I could remember the names of the nice young man and lady working that day. The whole process was easy and the young man took me to the unit on the golf cart. It was really hot and I appreciated that. I would definitely recommend this spot for storage needs cause along with service the price is very fair.
Ciera at SROA was so helpful in helping us reserve a space remotely after a family emergency. She went above and beyond helping us get our new lock and love in easily. So appreciate her help!
