If you want a beautiful piece of handcrafted furniture, order from this manufacturer and wait. The company continues updates while your product goes through phases of construction and shipping. Packaging was the best I have ever seen to protect the piece during shipping. The craftsmanship is exceptional. The stain color was exactly as displayed in the original photos online. Dimensions were precise. True, it took some time to get the piece delivered. The team who handles your order will communicate what to expect from the first day. Absolutely love this company! Purchased this beautiful coffee table. Let me start by saying the table is made to order from very skilled artisans. Secondly, their customer service is second to none. Delivery was smooth, timely and with such care. The packaging was so superb that you could see they definitely wanted no harm to this piece of furniture. What more could a customer want!! Thank you for providing not only a great signature piece of furniture but the care you have taken from order to delivery. I absolutely love my sideboard. I needed a long enough cabinet to hold all of my dishes and pretties and it fits perfectly in my spot. They always give you updates and pictures during the process of building it. Beautiful craftsmanship. Actual wood no nasty cardboard like you get in regular stores. Thank you sierra living concepts.

I am so grateful for the customer service of Ashley Fremont, especially for Turaab Tahir, the manager who helped me out. I was a Ashley customer and purchased a furniture in Ashley Milpitas. There was a miscommunication and I thought I got a 3-year 0% interests financing. However, I found that I was paying more than $1000 interest in the past 2 years because the promotion is only for 1 year. I went to Milpitas store trying to solve this but it is permanently closed, so I came to Ashley Fremont seeking for help. I understand that I also have the responsibility to find out this much earlier soI really appreciate that Ashley Fremont still helped me out by communicating with the bank. Eventually, I got my money back. Thank you so much!!!! BTW, the sofa I got from Ashley is really great. I spent more time on it than my bed. Just purchased the Boyington sofa, loveseat and recliner from Ashley Store in Fremont location. Love the excellent customer service from sales rep William and store manager, Devin. They were super friendly and very nice in explaining everything to us. We received an exceptional price. Will definitely come back to buy more furniture in the future.
