Amazing experience with Charles and Kenny who were very patient and very informative on mattress selections. We had come back twice and they were extremely understanding of our budget and our requirements for a medium-firm to firm comfort level. There's a SleepMatch machine which Kenny let us try out to further confirm our mattress selection was the right choice for us. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new mattress to go to Charles and Kenny for their assistance.

My wife and I had a great experience at Mancini’s Sleepworld in Fremont, California. Our sales person was Kenny Who is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in guiding us in picking the right mattresses and bed-frame that we needed. The delivery was on time and very professional. Julio did an excellent job of assembling the beds and very helpful with the questions that we had. A big high five to Julio and Kenny.

Tavian and the manager there were awesome. I am a previous sleep number customer, and I already knew what I wanted so it was easy. The manager even called the district manager for the additional 10% off (black friday the day before, even though just expired) on even the sale amount, and they honored it. I was very appreciative on that. They were quick and to the point which I like and the transaction was quick. Thanks.

Both Alexis and Karla were great! Very professional and were knowledgeable about the mattresses. I called to make an appointment and Alexis was great on the phone. She answered my questions. When my husband and I arrived we were greeted warmly. Karla assisted us by taking us through the different models. I had already done some research so I had an idea of what I wanted to try out. She was patient with us and we went back and forth on the model we wanted to invent in. We took advantage of the free financing they offered us and can't wait to sleep on our new mattress!
