The dealer and finance department were super helpful! They got us in and out with our new car, including trade-in value for our old car. Tan Hoang, our sales manager, was especially helpful and provided excellent service throughout the whole process. He even stayed until the end to make sure the new car was connected to our phone, showed us how to use the Toyota app, and answered all our questions to make sure we were satisfied. Definitely recommend this dealership and plan to use them again in the future.

I originally found Fremont Toyota through a cars.com listing. I’m glad that I did, as the service I received during the selection and purchasing process was excellent! Mike Chavez and Mike Cartisano helped me weigh all my options without pressuring me into one option or another. I wasn’t sure if I would trade in my old vehicle or try to sell it privately, but after meeting with them I decided it was worth my time to do the trade-in, as it was a fair price and saved so much time in the long run! Even filling out all the paperwork at the end was straightforward and simple. I’ve had many cases in the past where that was not the case! If you’re interested in a Toyota, now is the time to check them out.

Tan was awesome everyone there was accommodating no pressure but there for you have to drop off a dime. I highly recommend going to them. Just bought a Corvette and it’s amazingly fun.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The sales person showed me numerous cars that I was interested in and explained each one in detail. I appreciated his time and honesty and know he gave me a great deal on the car. Throughout the process he told me multiple times that if there is any questions I can always contact him. As a customer, I felt I was important to him and the dealership and I received above and beyond customer service. In the finance department I spoke to Shabir and he made the process simple. He answered all of my questions and went into detail about each paperwork that I was signing. In my past experience at other dealerships I have not received this high of level in customer service. When I am buying another car in the future, I will be returning to BMW Fremont.

Very good experience with BMW of Fremont and the lease of my 2025 BMW XM Label Red. Preston Stevens in sales was great and kept my updated as to the progress. Finance department was also great and gave me a great deal and lease on the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership for your next BMW purchase.
