I ordered flowers to be delivered and place at the grave site today for a special birthday. They didn’t have to call me. But their driver went above and beyond to deliver my order. He wanted to confirm the correct grave as only one name was on the stone and there are multiple family members around the site. Thank you Andy and Lynda for taking care of my order.

Went looking for a flower bouquet(rush order) and was back out the door with a freshly constructed one in 10 mins. Quality is outstanding and the staff is incredibly helpful and happy to serve you. Can’t ask for more. Thank you.

Exceptional orchid arrangements at reasonable prices, accompanied by excellent customer service and an intuitive online ordering system. The knowledgeable staff consistently craft beautiful works of art. I pre-ordered an arrangement online for a 5 pm Saturday pickup. Arriving four hours early, I found it already prepared in the refrigerator, with the staff graciously accommodating my premature arrival. Despite the flowers being in the refrigerator, they hadn't yet bloomed as they intended to remove them closer to my scheduled pickup time. However, this posed no issue, as the flowers had blossomed beautifully by 6 pm when I presented them as a gift.

I stopped in to The Flower Shop to buy myself some flowers. I had very friendly, prompt and helpful service. The price was right too. I will definitely be recommending and returning to this shop again soon. Thank you Oh and the flowers are absolutely beautiful! They were wrapped in tissue paper and cellophane with a ribbon also.

I ordered flowers online for my special someone in the USA since I am from Japan. Aside from the beautiful flower arrangement, I am also happy and thankful for their very good customer service. Special mention to Ms. Nina. I will be a repeat customer, for sure.

This review is several years overdue. I’ve been going to Nona for flowers for the past 10 years and she always does such an amazing job. We hired Nona to do our flowers for our wedding a few years ago and she was so easy to work with. I came back this year for Valentine’s Day flowers and my wife loves the flowers every time.

OMG! My husband surprised me with such a beautiful elegant bouquet! I had to ask where he got it! He's a procrastinator and Nona really pulled through! I had a special delivery at work, but this bouquet was CLASSY!! Love Love Love!! Thank You for putting extra attention to detail! .

Wonderful!!! Nona went above and beyond. She even went and got donuts to make our 13 years wedding anniversary very special. Thank you so much!!!.
