My husband and I recently had the pleasure of meeting with Jerry Garcia at Lacks Furniture in Mcallen Texas, and we must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted and felt valued as a customer. Jerry went above and beyond to understand our needs and preferences. He listened, offered insights, and patiently guided us through the selection process. He was able to answer all of our questions to make sure the furniture we selected will be able to fit in our new apartment. Went to the store to find some dining chairs and Sergio Rojas or sales rep was very kind and knowledgeable about the chairs. I explained the height of chair and he pulled out a measuring tape to assure me the chair was the correct height. I had never seen anyone else ever do that. We decided on chairs and he made sure of the ETA of when the chairs would get to store and be able to be delivered. Overall, it was a great experience, will definitely come back when I need more furniture.

Nathan Puentes was very helpful in showing me the wide variety of bedrooms they have in stock. He explained to me in detail the options of materials, prices, colors. He also showed me and explained the difference in mattresses and which one best suited what I was looking for. He also looked for the best financing option that fit my budget.
