I had a fantastic experience! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my kids and me, making our stay truly enjoyable. The indoor pool was a great bonus, the restaurant was excellent, and the service was outstanding. They even went out of their way to assist us with groceries and kitchenware in our suite, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended.

Best time ever bartender Starbucks restaurant all around master of all she displays outstanding vibes all around tremendous positive image for the double tree image you need 20 more just like her Beatriz is her name total rockstar.

Had an amazing stay at this Double Tree. I came in as a vendor for FloWater for the city of palms clinic. Sandra was awesome helping us set up, front staff was amazing and helpful, Crystal ended our stay with amazing hospitality.

I just needed to share that I had a great and very comfortable experience here at the hotel, young gentleman at the front I believe his name was John or Johnny, he helped me with some extra towels and informed me about some places around here in McAllen and provided shuttle service too. The next day Joseph was also a very helpful staff member, provided great customer service when I needed extra shampoo and conditioner. Bartender Joe is a great man as well, he can really keep a conversation going and crack some funny jokes, Joe was also able to take me here I needed to go right there and then. The Morning Breakfast was amazing! The ladies in the kitchen are amazing as well, the food they make is so good I left with a full stomach and it was breakfast lol. One of the ladies her name is Conchis, she was able to also make me some flour tortillas, they were the bomb! Will be coming back again that’s for sure.

Today 3/06 around 3pm a nice gentleman checked me in and for some reason or another, he upgraded my room to one of the most beautiful rooms in this hotel, 110. This young man has no idea what he did for me, today I was fired from my job for speaking up on LGBTQ rights, the community and wanting equality for everybody within my organization. I was feeling horrible, useless and worthless today. And this young man just made my day. The room is beautiful. It is fit for a Queen or a king. And I am so grateful to him. I called and wanted to give him a personal. Thank you, but the call keeps dropping.But whomever you are young man, thank you so mucH AND YOUR beautiful customer service and everything you did for me today. God bless you.

I stayed here with my family a couple days ago, and it was such a nice little trip. They were very friendly, and rooms were clean. They have an indoor and outdoor pool, a gym, and they have breakfast. Highly recommend.

BEST WESTERN PLUS MCALLEN AIRPORT HOTEL REVIEWS

Visiting my hometown for my grandsons graduation! Stayed at best Western for couple of days. Great service,and so quite .I also want to recognize housekeeper Laura for doing a great job in cleaning our room! As a retired supervisor from Housekeeping and laundry I saw the hard work housekeepers do! Keep smiling Ms Laura.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Property is well kept and the rooms are nice. I like the location directly across from the McAllen airport.

My stay was very comfortable, very clean all the staff very friendly. The breakfast was super good . Highly recommended.
