I have a difficult husband who hates picking out furniture. Our salesman, Michelle made this chore a wonderfully, pleasant experience. She miraculously managed my husband and helped him pick out a piece for a sectional. She communicated with him and explained things better than I could. I'm so glad she told us about the extended 4yr warranty. She lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. The experience was so pleasant we came back a few months later and now I have an awesome, comfortable outdoor sectional where we spend great family and relaxing time. Thanks, Michelle, you are a lifesaver.
