3 Best Apartments For Rent in Charleston, SC

I absolutely love where I live. I moved here from Columbia, SC and was looking for an apartment that felt like home. Not a cookie cutter apartment. These apartments were built when the codes only allowed three floors. Everyone has a balcony (some screened in and some not, preferable to which unit you choose). The complex has an amazing landscaping company that keeps the property clean and there are flowers everywhere. Parking is convenient. Maintenance and administrative staff are wonderful and always so helpful. All of my neighbors are great!! There are so many trails to walk your dog and bags placed to help with pickup. I honestly couldn’t be more satisfied with any other apartment complex like I am here. Also, there are food trucks and functions going on all the time. Truly feels like I live in a home in the neighborhood. Thank you to the staff for making this a special place to live!!.

Tiffany and team are fantastic! The community is beautiful and clearly very well maintained. The clubhouse is beautiful and has such a warm, inviting feel. The floor plans themselves are so well thought out, giving you everything you'd need from apartment living. I would absolutely recommend Element to anyone looking for a beautful apartment in Charleston.

I wish I could give 10 stars to Tiffany SK and Selena. They are the best staff. I love this community. They are super friendly kind considerate and helpful.

We moved here from VA, over 8 hours away sight unseen. Prior to our move, the office staff communicated with us weekly, sometimes daily answering all of our questions. They knew our situation and sent pictures/ in depth details about the unit we were looking at. Ever since we pulled into the community, we have been on cloud nine! It really is like living in a resort! My family loves the pool, and we go every single day! The gym is full of nice, updated equipment, always clean and available. I love the monthly events they host for residents, which are inclusive to kids, families, and everyone! Moving here was the best decision we made! We look forward to being residents for years to come!.

I CANNOT express how amazing Christopher is . Literally a life saver. Our heater went out and it has been 56 degrees in our apartment for a couple of days, despite the office ladies giving me a headache and attitude, I called emergency maintenance and Christopher called me and took a look at the heater and stated it needed a new part , BUT it would come in the next day . He stated that he would personally be the one to install it for me and guarantee it to be warm in here again. He stayed true to his word and I got home today expecting to be freezing after calling the apartments for an update and them telling me it wouldn’t be fixed until the end of the week which I think is absurd for it being an EMERGENCY and we shouldn’t freeze BUT I walked into a nice warm apartment all thanks to Christopher and him only, he deserves this review , and let me tell you, he’ll be there for you!.

If you ever have a concern, the staff does everything they can to help you! Management is amazing! Beautiful nature area and spacious apartments in a quiet community.
