I have lived here for 2 years, just re-signed our lease for a 3rd year. While management and staff had changed a few times during our time here, the change was extremely welcomed when Rae came into the picture. He is extremely responsive, genuinely cares about the tenants, and every request I've brought to him (and I have brought countless) has been handled quickly and seriously. Rae has truly changed the community for the better and I hope he continues to work for Riverland for a long time.

We just moved into our apartment in August and we are delighted. Office staff were so helpful throughout the moving process and found us our ideal apartment. It was spotless when we moved in. Maintenance team are fab too. The pool, club facilities and club nights are great and I’ve made many new friends living at the apartments thanks to this. The location of these apartments is also perfect. We are very happy here! Marie Renton.

I woulda like to express my gratitude to the maintenance crew of Nick and Tiffanie, for their outstanding work this morning in replacing a refrigerator and an oven for my partner Sarah. Both were very professional and attentive. Well done, and thank you once again

We moved here from VA, over 8 hours away sight unseen. Prior to our move, the office staff communicated with us weekly, sometimes daily answering all of our questions. They knew our situation and sent pictures/ in depth details about the unit we were looking at. Ever since we pulled into the community, we have been on cloud nine! It really is like living in a resort! My family loves the pool, and we go every single day! The gym is full of nice, updated equipment, always clean and available. I love the monthly events they host for residents, which are inclusive to kids, families, and everyone! Moving here was the best decision we made! We look forward to being residents for years to come!

I CANNOT express how amazing Christopher is . Literally a life saver. Our heater went out and it has been 56 degrees in our apartment for a couple of days, despite the office ladies giving me a headache and attitude, I called emergency maintenance and Christopher called me and took a look at the heater and stated it needed a new part , BUT it would come in the next day . He stated that he would personally be the one to install it for me and guarantee it to be warm in here again. He stayed true to his word and I got home today expecting to be freezing after calling the apartments for an update and them telling me it wouldn’t be fixed until the end of the week which I think is absurd for it being an EMERGENCY and we shouldn’t freeze BUT I walked into a nice warm apartment all thanks to Christopher and him only, he deserves this review , and let me tell you, he’ll be there for you!

If you ever have a concern, the staff does everything they can to help you! Management is amazing! Beautiful nature area and spacious apartments in a quiet community.
