3 Best Towing Companies in Charleston, SC

CAP towing was incredibly pleasant to deal with. I called and was provided a quote and time window for arrival. It was reasonable cost and the wait time was minimal. Jason was so wonderful when he came to pick up my car, even allowing our 5 year old to help! We even were provided a text with a photo confirming the car was safely transported to destination! While I hope we do not need another tow anytime soon, if we do we will definitely be using Jason and CAP towing again.

I live out of town and needed to arrange a tow for my son while he was at work. I contacted CAP without knowing anything about them other than their google reviews. Jason was able to coordinate the tow for a specific date and time. When the date and time came for the tow, he was going to be just a few minutes delayed because of the tow before mine. He called me and let me know. Said he didn’t want me waiting and thinking he had forgotten about me. I very much appreciated that. He was professional and polite and treated the car with complete respect and care. When the tow was complete, he sent me pictures to verify the job was done. I couldn’t have asked for an easier, more professional experience.

Jason and CAP Towing was great. On time, friendly, knowledgeable and very careful with my vehicle. He even sent pics of it delivered. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would trust CAP Towing every time.

I have had to have my sons truck towed twice in the last three weeks. The first time I called around and Turky's was the only one that could help, in a short amount of time. The lady I spoke with was great and very polite, the other companies I called not so much. Today I had to call Turky's for assistance. Once again, the lady that answered the phone was supper nice and answered all my questions. Truck was picked up and delivered to my house within a few hours. Driver, Wayne, was personable and put truck where I asked. Will recommend Turky's to anyone. Hopefully I won’t need a tow in the near future, but if I do, they will be my first call. Honestly they definitely help me out Monday Morning when car overheated. Got to my Mechanic shop that I deal with and my car was fixed and ready the same day. This will not had been possible if it wasn’t for them.

Raymond did fabulous job. Nice guy, expert at his job! Complex situation due to driveway and difficulty with street parking which he negotiated carefully with ease. Recommend highly.
