Awesome experience! Went in to the store to buy a couch. Bought my granddaughter a gaming chair. A week later, dealing with ANDY (Manager at this location and the Outlet) and PATRICIA, assisted my husband and myself with a life-changing tempur-pedic mattress, a queen bed with tons of storage, a recliner, and couch. ANDY was so helpful with a financing issue! Both are extremely PATIENT. They are so knowledgeable. Ashley has a great staff, fabulous furniture, and wonderful prices! I’ll never shop anywhere else for furniture and I’ll recommend it to everyone!

Our sales person, Patricia Waters met us at the door, unlike any other sales person I have ever met. She asked us what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend. I have never in my entire life had a sales person. Ask me that. They are usually trying to sell you something Way out of your price range and sometimes even your taste. I appreciate this person so much. we located and purchased the item we wanted less than 30 minutes. truly amazing experience

Cam was an excellent customer service agent. He gave my sister and me plenty of space to browse the showroom but also checked in to ensure we were taken care of. He was both professional and pleasant to work with. Ashley‘s furniture always has a great selection of quality items, and they often run awesome discounts that make their items affordable. 10 out of 10, would shop there again.
