I haven't bought the furniture yet, but I was so impressed with the sales representative Mike Johnson that I had to write a review. He was so welcoming and his customer service skills showed the high level of his work ethic! Fantastic conversation, plenty of great information and absolutely no pressure! Which I value more than anything. That being said, if I decide to buy that reclining sofa - it's only because of Mike and his great attitude.

When we walked into the store, we were greeted by Brandon. I will tell you that he spent over an hour searching the inventory for potential solutions for our request. He was very patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. The entire staff helped him in helping us. I would highly recommend the Ashley team because their service was extraordinary.

I absolutely LOVE Ashley Furniture! I can purchase nice furniture that won't fall apart in 6 months and not break my bank account. I've met the most awesome sales person Bouba. I feel like I've known him forever. He didn't pressure me, gave me advice about setting up my new home. Just a great experience! I'm going back to get more pieces for my new home.
