Best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I have purchased my last two large furniture pieces here and both have been great. However I had a cushion get ruined at no fault to the quality of the couch or its materials. I contacted customer service to get a quote on how much it would be to replace the cushion and it was a wonderful experience. First off I was able to just text with the representative so i was not stuck on hold on the phone and was able to text back whenever I got a chance. Second the rep I was working with was super helpful and timely. Finally they sent me a new cushion in the mail in just a few days with no cost to me at all. Totally unexpected but I will definitely continue to give them our business in the future. For me customer service is a big deal and I’m not one to write reviews normally but this deserved it. I had a relaxed great shopping trip at Evansville overstock. The staff was helpful but never followed you around unless you asked. I left and came back later in the day to make a purchase and the manager remembered me and the piece I wanted and had even checked to see how many he had in stock. I will be back!

Zane was amazing! We stopped in to look at recliners for my mom, he was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable! I’d give 10 stars if I could!!! I Highly recommend coming here for all your furniture needs and ask for Zane!!
