Overall great experience! Me & my husband were searching for a living room set & decided to go back to FMK after going to every furniture store possible! We immediately received help from Kirby. He asked us what we were looking for and walked all around the store with us for an hour helping us find the perfect set! He was very helpful, and we enjoyed his company. He helped us get the best deal possible! If you’re looking for furniture I’d definitely recommend going here but especially recommend asking for Kirby.

There was a huge selection of furniture in a very spacious room so we never had to worry about getting in the way of others! We didn’t find any office chairs like we were looking for, but we enjoyed walking around, and the employees were very kind and welcoming. We even got a free cookie and custard! I also appreciated that there were multiple restrooms on opposite ends of the store.

So pleased with the people involved in the purchase and delivery of our table. There was an issue with the table, and they delivered a new table in about a week. Love the table and the service. Have bought sofa there in the past and happy with that. We will definitely check out the furniture mall in the future if want to purchase new furniture.
