My salesman Sam was so wonderful. I came into the store three times and he was so very patient with me answering all my questions and helping me find the right pieces of furniture that I needed for my new manufactured home Oceanside.The delivery team Eduardo and his assistant were fabulous. They were so professional they weren't kidding when they said white glove delivery service. They set up everything so efficiently and in such a timely manner I couldn't believe it. Jerome's is a great furniture store to shop at great selection excellent customer service.Thank you all so very much.

Walked in and was greeted by Carlos. Directed us to the section we were looking for. Instantly found the couch I was looking for. The price was affordable. Glad we stopped by. I saved a good $800.00 at Jerome's than the dogs I was ready to purchase at another competitor. Walked out very happy

From the moment I arrived to the San Marcos Jerome’s warehouse to the time I left, the staff treated my daughter and i splendidly! We were greeted by Sam, and he pointed us into the direction we needed to go. No pressure, just wanted to make sure we had what we needed. An hour later, we left purchasing an amazing Leather loveseat, sofa, and recliner. I was very pleased and would highly recommend this store for anyone looking to purchase furniture!
